Carpet Area:
The area of the building or the apartment which can be covered by a carpet is called carpet area. It does not include the area covered by the inner walls and pillars.
Built-Up Area:
It is the area that includes the carpet area as well as the area of the walls i.e., thickness of the walls.
Super Built-up Area:
This includes the built-up area along with the area under common spaces such as lift, stairs, lobby, pool, garden, etc.
